Where soft copy Study Materials accompany the services, these Study Materials will be made available to You, upon meeting all the conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use and becoming a paid User.

We do not make any representation, guarantee or commitment to You that the Study Materials offered either in the demo versions or as part of paid services will be error free.
